Are you planning to travel abroad next year and need advice regarding travel vaccinations?

If so, please ensure you leave plenty of time between contacting the Practice and your planned departure date as we are not able to offer travel vaccination appointments on a last minute basis.

Many thanks for your co-operation.

Reasonable Adjustments

If you or someone you care for has additional needs please make us aware. We are able to put in place Reasonable Adjustments that can make the experience of visiting the Surgery better, for example we can:

  • facilitate appointments during quieter times
  • turn off bright lights
  • avoid communal waiting areas
  • increase personal space/use a larger clinical room
  • give longer appointment times
  • reduce physical contact/examinations to the bare minimum
  • turn off music systems
  • access large print or easy read documentation
  • offer wheelchair access

With the patient's permission, we will note any adjustments on the medical record in order to provide these at each appointment.
