Health and Wellbeing for Families


Ayton and Snainton Medical Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG) are working in partnership with East Ayton School and Derwent Valley Bridge Community Library to hold an information and activity event at East Ayton School Hall on Wednesday 23rd October 2019 2:45pm - 5pm.
This exciting event that is aimed at helping the family stay safe and be healthier. There will be stands showing how a range of different organisations can provide support and information.
Plan your visit to take in the "Healthy Meals and Snacks" Demonstration at 3pm.
Come along and join us for a fun packed afternoon for all the family. Everybody Welcome!

BOOK YOUR FLU VACCINE


Its that time of year again! Please contact reception to book your flu vaccine.
Please note you can attend any site for your Flu vaccine, a full list of our Clinics can be found on our Practice Newsletter (See link below).
If you are unable to attend during a dedicated flu clinic or are housebound please contact reception who will offer you an alternative.
If you are eligible for a Flu vaccine but would prefer not to have one please let us know to save us contacting you.

ONLINE APPOINTMENTS


From Monday 15th July you will now be able to book blood test appointments online.


Please note that this is ONLY for patients who have been asked to book in for a blood test by a Healthcare Professional.
